Service Description

Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance with a focus on the the breath and flow. Pilates exercises relieve stress and soothe aches and pains. With all the hunching, sitting, and planning we tend to do, the cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscular awareness, both inside the studio and the minute you step out of it. We also blend stretch into this session to add a beautiful flow and natural cool down to neautrilise the abdominals and back muscles after our pilates workout. ABOUT KEA: Ever wanted to be trained by a dancer? Those long, lean, toned muscles. Only a dancer knows how to achieve dancers legs ladies! Kea is Sydney's most sought out after group fitness teacher, she has 20 years experience in the fitness industry with qualifications in Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre, Aerial & HIIT. She has travelled internationally on cruises all over the world as an acrobat and dancer. She has even trained the Sydney Swans!
