Think HITT intervals, light weights to tone arms, killer abdominal tracks and a leg workout like no other. Barre is set to a pumping soundtrack and open to all levels! If you don't have a fixed barre dont worry you can just grab a chair and workout from the comfort of home! ABOUT KEA: Ever wanted to be trained by a dancer? Those long, lean, toned muscles. Only a dancer knows how to achieve dancers legs ladies! Kea is Sydney's most sought after group fitness teacher, she has 20 years experience in the fitness industry being qualified in Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre, Aerial & HITT. She has travelled internationaly on cruises all of the world as an acrobat and dancer, and she has even trained the Sydney Swans!
